Construction of Sensitive Index System of Hospital Medical Equipment Based on Delphi Method
Objective To construct a sensitive index system of medical equipment quality management,so as to provide a reliable basis for scientific and objective evaluation of medical equipment quality management.Methods From June to August 2023,the sensitive indicators of medical equipment quality management were constructed by reviewing domestic and foreign literature,the Delphi method was used to determine the index system,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the final weight.Results The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were both 100％,and the credibility ratio(Cr)were 0.801 and 0.812,respectively.The final sensitive index system of medical equipment quality management included 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 26 third-level indicators.Conclusion The sensitive index system of medical equipment quality management constructed in this study has high operability and is suitable for the quality management evaluation of medical equipment in the medical equipment department of hospitals.
