Exploration and Application of Effective Communication in Hospital Cadre Health Care Management
The cadre health care management,as an important guarantee task,is an important part of the daily management of the hospital.The Department of health care of hospital cadres pays attention to the application of communication methods and skills,and relies on effective communication to help the health-care objects master more health knowledge and improve the negative psychology of the health-care objects,the prevention of potential adverse risks is an important goal.The traditional health care service model has obvious deficiencies in both service quality and patients'experience in seeing a doctor.The lack of effective communication and mature and perfect health care management system will bring many inconveniences to the health care objects,directly affect the level of health care services.Health care management team members to communicate skills as a point of entry,through the use of a variety of ways to strengthen effective communication,communication skills fully applied to the actual diagnosis and management work,finally,we can improve the quality of cadre health care management.Based on the effect of effective communication in the management of cadre health care,this paper explores how to maximize the positive effect of effective communication through the new responsibility system guarantee model,the aim is to provide reference for more hospital cadre health care management,and to ensure the continuous improvement of hospital cadre health care service quality.
