Exploration and Practice of the Operation and Management Working Mode of Grassroots Public Hospitals
In the new medical context,public hospitals are practicing and exploring a distinctive operational management model,namely"vertical to the bottom,horizontal to the edge,and internal and external cooperation,"to achieve high-quality development.Taking Jingmen People's Hospital as an example,researchers analyzed the composition of its operational personnel and operational management work model,exploring the advantages and disadvantages of different operational management work models,and continuously optimizing and improving them in practice.Ultimately,found that by implementing an multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)operational management work model involving specialized operational assistants,department heads of functional departments,and clinical department directors,the concept of refined management in departments has been enhanced,and management efficiency has also been strengthened.This paper deeply discusses the connotation,objectives,and outcomes of public hospital operational management,summarizes the exploratory experiences of public hospital operational management models,and provides valuable insights for promoting high-quality development in public hospitals.
