目的 研究运动性肩袖损伤患者接受关节镜治疗的效果。方法 选取2022年10月-2023年10月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九七○医院收治的64例运动性肩袖损伤患者，应用随机数字法分为研究组(关节镜技术微创手术)与对照组(微型切口的肩袖修复手术)，各32例。分析不同治疗方式的效果。结果 研究组总有效率为93。75％，高于对照组的71。88％(P＜0。05)。治疗后，研究组肩关节功能优于对照组(P＜0。05)。研究组血清前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2，PGE2)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine，5HT)低于对照组(P＜0。05)。治疗4、8周后，研究组加州大学孤独量表(loneliness scale，univesity of california at los angels，UCLA)、Constant 肩关节评分(Constant shoulder score，CMS)高于对照组(P＜0。05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P＜0。05)。结论 应用关节镜对运动型肩袖损伤疾病治疗可提升治疗效果，改善其关节功能，降低并发症发生率。
Analysis of the Effectiveness of Arthroscopy in Treating Sports Rotator Cuff Injuries
Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic treatment in patients with motor rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 64 patients with sports rotator cuff injury were selected from the 970th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from October 2022 to October 2023.The patients were divided into the study group(arthroscopy technology minimally invasive surgery)and the control group(miniature incision rotator cuff repair surgery)by random number method,32 cases in each group.The effects of different treatment methods were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75％,higher than 71.88％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5HT)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the loneliness scale,univesity of california at los angels(UCLA)and Constant shoulder score(CMS)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total complication rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Using arthroscopic treatment for sports rotator cuff injury disease can improve the treatment effect,improve its joint function,and reduce the complication rate.
