Based on Evidence-Based Construction of Standardized Management System for Injection of Bianxing Penicillin and Its Clinical Application Effect
Objective To construct a standardized management system for Bisacodyl penicillin injection and apply it to clinical practice, and to evaluate its application effect. Methods Based on evidence-based theory, the Delphi expert correspondence method was used to construct a standardized management system for benzathine benzylpenicillin injection and apply it to clinical practice. It was divided into two groups according to the time point of the implementation of standardized and standard chemical management mode in March 2022.A total of 110 patients and 80 nursing staff in Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 requiring bioxin penicillin treatment were selected as the control group, and no standardized and standard chemical management mode was implemented. From March 2022 to March 2023,115 patients and 80 nursing staff in need of bioxin penicillin treatment were selected as the observation group, and standardized management mode was implemented. The application effect of the two groups was compared. Results After two rounds of expert correspondence, the questionnaire recovery rate was 100%.The credibility ratio(Cr)of the two rounds was 0.999 and 0.968 respectively, indicating high credibility.Kendall's concordance coefficient(W)in the first and second rounds of expert consultation was 0.051 and 0.109,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The degree of opinion coordination was good, and the consultation results were acceptable. Finally,a standardized system of Biaxin injection operation composed of 3 primary indexes,8 secondary indexes and 32 tertiary indexes was established. After the implementation of this system, the knowledge of benzathine benzylpenicillin, the implementation rate of standardized injection operation, the success rate of one injection, the cooperation degree of patients and the satisfaction with injection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events, injection position errors, drug dissolution errors and injection method errors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the evidence, the standardized management system of benzathine benzylpenicillin injection was established to standardize the correct injection behavior of nursing staff and reduce the incidence of adverse events such as needle blocking and pain.
