Effect of Detailed Intervention Measures on Nursing Quality and Service Satisfaction in Disinfection Supply Center
Objective To evaluate the effect of detailed intervention measures in disinfection supply center(CSSD)and its effect on nursing quality and service satisfaction.Methods A total of 200 medical devices,12 CSSD nurses and 31 medical workers from People's Hospital of Yangjiang from July to September 2022 were included in the control group,and routine intervention measures were implemented.A total of 200 medical devices,12 CSSD nurses and 31 medical workers from People's Hospital of Yangjiang from October to December 2022 were included in the observation group,and detailed intervention measures were implemented.The device qualification rate,nursing quality,nursing ability and service satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results The qualified rates of cleaning,sterilization,packaging and distribution in the observation group were 99.50％,99.00％,99.50％and 99.50％,respectively,which were higher than 94.00％,94.50％,96.00％and 96.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of work skill,quality control management,service attitude and supply timeliness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of instrument management ability,risk identification ability,environmental management ability and risk prevention consciousness of observation group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100％,which was higher than 80.65％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Taking detailed intervention measures in CSSD can improve the instrument qualification rate,nursing quality,service satisfaction,and enhance the nursing ability of CSSD nurses.
