Effect of Relaxation Training Combined With Music Therapy on Hemodialysis Patients During Induction Period
Objective To explore the effects of relaxation training combined with music therapy on psychology and quality of life of hemodialysis patients during induction period.Methods A total of 90 hemodialysis patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital,Fujian from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received relaxation training combined with music therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological status and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of patients in two groups were lower than those before nursing,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The SDS and SAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The difference before and after SDS care and difference before and after SAS care in observation group were(14.11±5.39)points and(15.61±4.42)points,the difference before and after SDS care and difference before and after SAS care in control group were(8.71±2.23)points and(8.82±2.72)points,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The difference of physical function,psychological function and social function before and after nursing between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of relaxation training combined with music therapy in induction hemodialysis patients can soothe the anxiety and depression of patients and improve their quality of life,which can be popularized in clinical nursing of induction hemodialysis patients.
