Influence of"Internet Plus"Continuous Intervention on Peritoneal Dialysis Patients at Home
Objective To observe the influence of"Internet plus"continuous intervention on peritoneal dialysis patients at home. Methods A total of 80 peritoneal dialysis patients at home admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to different intervention measures, the patients were divided into 2 groups,40 cases each. The control group used conventional intervention, and the study group used"Internet plus"continuous intervention. The self-management ability,self-care ability and quality of life scores were compared, the adverse events and return to hospital examination rate of the patients were counted, and the satisfaction of the patients with the intervention was investigated. Results After the intervention, the scores of self-management ability,self-care ability and quality of life of peritoneal dialysis patients in 2 groups were higher than before the intervention, and the scores of self-management ability,self-care ability and quality of life of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was 2.50%,lower than 20.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The return to hospital examination rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the total satisfaction with the intervention was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In peritoneal dialysis patients at home,"Internet plus"continuous intervention can improve self-management ability,self-care ability and quality of life, reduce the occurrence of patients with dialysis adverse events, increase the rate of return to hospital examination, and improve the overall satisfaction.
