Research Progress of Deep Inspiration Breath Holding Technology in Breast Cancer Radiotherapy
Breast cancer is one of the major threats to women's health in the world,and its treatment methods are constantly innovated to cope with the increasing number of patients.Radiotherapy is a key component of breast cancer treatment,and its accuracy directly affects the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.In recent years,the application of deep inspiratory breath holding technology in breast cancer radiotherapy has attracted extensive attention.This paper reviews the principle,advantages and role of deep inspiration breath holding technology in heart and lung protection,discusses the application progress of this technology in clinical practice,and discusses its challenges and future development direction.Through the optimization of respiratory management,deep inspiration breath holding technology not only improves the accuracy of treatment,but also significantly reduces the radiation injury of normal tissues,which has important clinical significance for the treatment and rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.
