The Application of Ward Level Quality Control Nursing Management Platform in Hospital Nursing Quality Management
Objective To explore the application effect of the first level quality control nursing management platform in hospital nursing quality management.Methods A study was conducted on 18 nurses from a certain ward of Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to July 2023.The ward used to adopt a conventional mode for primary quality control nursing management.In July 2022,it began to implement information-based primary quality control nursing management based on a nursing management information system and a platform built on WeChat.The evaluation results of the specialized quality control of nurses in the ward between the routine first level quality control nursing management(from June 2021 to June 2022)and the information-based first level quality control nursing management(from July 2022 to July 2023)were compared and observed,as well as the time taken for the self inspection summary of first level quality control and the evaluation input of ward nurses,to evaluate the quality and efficiency of management.Results Quality evaluation during the first level quality control nursing management period of informatization,including basic nursing quality in the ward was(99.03±0.39)points,special nursing quality was(99.21±0.66)points,instrument and equipment management quality score was(98.93±0.50)points,responsibility nursing quality score was(99.16±0.41)points,infection management quality score was(99.52±0.48)points,implementation of rules and regulations score(99.26±0.51)points,standardization score of nursing documents score was(98.84±0.46)points,and overall quality score of ward management score was(99.13±0.57)points.All evaluation scores were higher than those during the conventional first level quality control nursing management period.The first level quality control self evaluation scores were higher than those during the routine first level quality control nursing management period.The time for summarizing information was(5.70±1.18)minutes,and the time for entering the evaluation scores of ward nurses was(5.49±0.83)minutes,both of which were shorter than the time spent during the routine first level quality control nursing management period.The time for entering quality control information was(4.47±0.94)minutes,and the time for retrieving quality control information was(9.85±1.62)minutes,all of which were shorter than the time spent during the routine first level quality control nursing management period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the first level quality control nursing management platform in wards can greatly improve the convenience and timeliness of nursing quality management work,effectively strengthen the management quality of special quality control nursing in wards,and improve management efficiency.
