Analysis and Discussion of Sanitary Monitoring and Supervision for on-Site Produced and Supplied Drinking Water in Shibei District,Qingdao City
Objective To understand the sanitation status of on-site production and supply of drinking water in Shibei district and provide scientific basis for formulating effective regulatory measures. Methods In November 2017 and May 2022,on-site produced and supplied drinking water dispensers in Shibei district of Qingdao city were randomly selected, and their health conditions were investigated and water quality tested. Results In 2017 and 2022,a total of 117 freshly produced water dispensers were randomly inspected, and the effective rate of health qualification certificates was 96.1%in 2017 and 83.3%in 2022.The effective rate of hygiene license approvals for water related products was 96.1%in 2017 and 95.5%in 2022.The disclosure rate of water quality testing information was 41.2%in 2017 and 62.1%in 2022.The pass rate of water quality testing was 92.2%in 2017 and 97.0%in 2022.Comparing the efficiency of water-related product hygiene license approval and the water quality test pass rate in 2017 with in 2022,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but the differences between the valid rates of health certificates and information disclosure rates are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Qingdao Municipal Drinking Water Hygiene Supervision and Management Measures"has been implemented for seven years and significant results has been achieved in the hygiene supervision of on-site produced and supplied drinking water. However, there are still problems such as regulatory lag, irregular management of operators and so on.The quality of on-site produced and supplied drinking water should be improved from multiple dimensions, such as revising and improving relevant laws and regulations, optimizing resource allocation for supervision, and joint supervision by multiple departments to ensure the safety of drinking water for residents.
