The Application Effect of Interactive Games Between Parents-Nurses-Children on Children With Autism Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of interactive game mode among parents-nurses-children on the psychological intervention of autism children. Methods A total of 108 children with autism admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital between April 2021 and April 2023 were chosen and separated into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The children's cooperation,American Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC),and autism behavior checklist(ABC),functional independence measure for children(WeeFIM)and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 98.15%,which was higher than 85.19%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the expression/language communication, social ability,perception/cognitive ability, and health/physiology/behavior scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the observation group showed significantly lower scores in sensation, communication, exercise, language, and self-care compared to the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the motor and cognitive function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.15%,which was higher than 81.48%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing an interactive game mode among parents, nurses, and children in psychological intervention for children with autism can promote good cooperative game behavior, effectively improve sensory and physical functions, enhance self-care and social communication abilities, alleviate symptoms related to autism, and can increase parental nursing satisfaction.
