摘要
目的 探讨暖箱流转溯源管理系统在新生儿无陪护病房中的应用.方法 深圳市儿童医院普外科及深圳市第三人民医院儿科于 2023 年 1 月开始应用暖箱流转溯源管理系统进行管理.选取 2022 年 1-12 月深圳市儿童医院及深圳市第三人民医院实施暖箱干预并予以常规暖箱管理的 100 例新生儿为对照组,将 2023 年 1-12月实施暖箱干预并予以暖箱流转溯源管理系统的100例新生儿为观察组.比较2组护理环节不良事件发生率、新生儿院内感染发生率、护理质量(护理技术、基础护理及综合评价)及护理满意度(服务态度、业务水平、病房环境、识别流程及护理结果).结果 观察组护理环节总不良事件发生率(5%)低于对照组(14%)(P＜0.05).观察组新生儿院内感染发生率(3%)低于对照组(10%)(P＜0.05).观察组护理质量、基础护理及综合评价维度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度总分及病房环境、识别流程、护理结果维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 将暖箱流转溯源管理系统应用于新生儿无陪护病房效果显著,可降低病房护理环节不良事件发生率及新生儿院内感染发生率,提高护理质量和护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of warm box circulation traceability management system in neonatal unaccompanied ward.Methods The department of general surgery,Shenzhen Children's Hospital and the department of pediatrics,Shenzhen Third People's Hospital began to apply the warm box circulation traceability management system for management in January 2023.From January 2022 to December 2022,a total of 100 newborns who received warm box intervention and routine warm box management in Shenzhen Children's Hospital and Shenzhen Third People's Hospital were selected as the control group,and 100 newborns who received warm box intervention and warm box circulation traceability management system from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.The incidence of nursing adverse events,the incidence of neonatal nosocomial infection,the quality of nursing(nursing techniques,basic nursing and comprehensive evaluation)and nursing satisfaction(service attitude,business level,ward environment,identification process and nursing results)were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group's nursing process(5%)was lower than that in the control group(14%)(P<0.05).The incidence of in-hospital infection in the observation group of newborns(3%)was lower than that in the control group(10%)(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality,basic nursing and comprehensive evaluation dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of nursing satisfaction and the scores of ward environment,identification process and nursing results in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warm box circulation traceability management system in neonatal unaccompanied ward has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of adverse events in ward nursing and the incidence of neonatal nosocomial infection,and improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
