小儿消化道出血的临床特点分析

中文摘要：目的分析小儿消化道出血的临床特征，为儿童消化道出血规范诊治提供理论依据。方法临床纳入 2021 年 9月—2023 年 3 月在泉州市儿童医院收治的小儿消化道出血109 例，对全部小儿消化道出血的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结小儿消化道出血的临床特征。结果嗜酸性粒细胞胃肠炎 1 例，急性胃肠炎 1 例，15 例感染幽门螺杆菌，11例为十二指肠溃疡;糜烂性胃炎 7 例，结肠炎 9 例;直肠溃疡 1 例，直肠息肉 22 例，炎症性肠病 8 例;十二指肠炎 5 例，结肠息肉 10 例，咽下综合征 1 例，急性出血性胃炎 1 例，贲门炎 7 例，肛裂 10 例。结论小儿消化道出血需要结合其出血原因予以针对性地诊治。

外文摘要：Objective To analyze the clinical features of alimentary tract hemorrhage children,to provide theoretical basis for the standard diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding in children.Methods A total of 109 alimentary tract hemorrhage children treated from Septemper 2021 to March 2023 in Quanzhou Children's Hospital were selected.The children's general data was retrospectively analyzed to conclude their clinical features.Results 1 case was confirmed with eosinophilic gastroenteritis,1 case of acute gastroenteritis,11 cases of duodenal ulcer,15 cases of helicobacter pylori infections,7 cases of erosive gastritis,9 cases of colonitis,one case of rectal ulcer,22 cases of rectal polyp,8 cases of inflammatory bowel disease,5 cases of dodecadactylitis,10 cases of colon polyp,one case of swallowing syndrome,one case of acute hemorrhagic gastritis,7 cases of carditis and 10 cases of anal fissure.Conclusion The reasons for alimentary tract hemorrhage children shall be identified to take the specific treatment.
