Comparison of the Personnel Management Model for the Registration System in Public Hospitals
With the advancement of healthcare reform and development,high-quality development of public hospitals has become a new requirement in the new era.The personnel management model of the record system had emerged.Compared to the traditional personnel management system based on identity management,the record keeping system was conducive to solving the problem of staffing shortage and also facilitates the transition from personnel identity management to job management.How to do well in the staffing record management management.The government endeavored to explore different models.This article analyzed and interprets relevant documents,elaborates on the connotation of institutional staffing record keeping system,and roughly divides the management mode of record keeping system personnel into three categories based on the positioning of record keeping personnel in different regions.The effectiveness and existing problems were compared.Discuss and propose work suggestions for promoting the record keeping system in public hospitals.Conclusion To assist in promoting the deepening of reform,to enhance the sense of belonging and identification among personnel under the registration system,and to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of hospitals.
