In the overall assessment of the medical service capabilities and comprehensive strength of public hospitals at all levels,the grading review is a crucial evaluation method.It provides a multi-faceted and comprehensive understanding of the hospital's operations and management,forming the basis for an overall assessment of the hospital's situation.The hospital's overall service capabilities are more comprehensively reflected through this process.With the deepening of healthcare reform and new requirements for the high-quality development of public hospitals,hospitals at various levels have begun to apply project management to manage internal affairs.A large public hospital in Huai'an has applied project management methods to the hospital grading review.From project initiation,project planning,project execution and supervision,to project completion,various management tools are combined.This approach makes the work plan more systematic,goals more explicit,project execution more focused,and the team more cohesive.As a result,the hospital successfully completed the entire process of the grading review,providing new ideas for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
