Objective To explore the significance of abdominal deep breathing training in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A total of 76 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted to Zibo No.148 Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using odd even grouping method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group selected the conventional intervention mode.The experimental group was combined with the abdominal deep breathing training regimen based on the treatment regimen of the reference group.The effect of intervention in each group was evaluated.Results After the intervention,the test group had lower anxiety and depression than the reference group,and the quality of life score was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The postintervention acid reflux score in the test group was(1.12±0.13)points,which was lower than(2.26±0.21)points in the reference group(P<0.05).The rest of the test group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of abdominal deep breathing training can help speed up the improvement of symptoms in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.At the same time,this form of intervention plays a prominent role in alleviating patients' symptoms and improving their quality of life.
