Clinical Application Study of Improved Single Port Laparoscopic Left Lobectomy
Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of improved single port laparoscopic left hepatectomy. Methods A total of 30 patients who underwent laparoscopic left hepatic lobectomy from August 2022 to December 2023 in the department of hepatobiliary surgery of Qiannan People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects, and they were grouped according to different laparoscopic perforation methods.Fifteen patients who underwent improved single port laparoscopic left hepatectomy were included in the study group, and 15 patients who underwent 5-pore laparoscopic left hepatectomy were included in the control group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, operation cost, postoperative complications, satisfaction and quality of life of patients 3 months after surgery were compared between two groups. Results There were no significant difference in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, operation costs and postoperative complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In the postoperative follow-up,the total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 93.33%,and the rate of good quality of life was 100%,which was significantly higher than 46.67%and 33.33%in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved single port laparoscopic left lobectomy and multi port laparoscopic left lobectomy have comparable therapeutic effects, but patients have higher postoperative satisfaction and better quality of life.
