Effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules in the Treatment of Herpetic Angina in Children
Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granule in adjuvant treatment of children with herpetic angina.Methods Eighty children with hepatic angina pectoris from January 2020 to October 2023 in Fuqing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The children in both groups were given routine treatment,and the observation group was given adjuvant treatment of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules.Blood routine[C-reactive protein(CRP),lymphocyte count(LY),neutrophil count(NEUT)]and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were also compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the effective rate was higher,and the recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of herpes,the disappearance time of throat congestion and the recovery time of appetite were shorter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood routine indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,LY and NEUT in the observation group decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.0%,while that in the observation group was 10.0%,There was no difference between these two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules under conventional treatment has good adjuvant effect,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the recovery time,and has certain safety.
