Application Effect of Wake up Spleen and Nourish Children Granules in Pediatric Dyspeptic Diarrhea Symptoms
Objective To explore the application effect of spleen nourishing granule in improving the symptoms of dyspepsia diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 120 children with digestive diarrhea admitted to People's Hospital of Shaodong from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a double-blind method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received conventional treatment plus Xingpi Yang'er Granules.The TCM syndrome score,clinical symptom score,serum related indicators,and treatment efficacy between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group with loose stools(1.52±0.21)points,stagnant water and valley(1.46±0.32)points,and cold limbs(1.08±0.13)points were lower than those of the control group with loose stools(2.71±0.27)points,stagnant water and valley(2.61±0.29)points,and cold limbs(2.61±0.29)points(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain(3.48±0.36)days,loss of appetite(6.92±0.82)days,and abdominal distension(5.32±0.68)days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(4.79±0.32)days,loss of appetite(8.74±0.71)days,and abdominal distension(7.94±0.76)days(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of various serum indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Wake up the spleen and nourish children's granules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with dyspeptic diarrhea and accelerate the recovery of symptoms.
