Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients With Retinal Detachment
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods A total of 72 patients with simple rhegmatogenous retinal detachment who underwent vitreous body resection and silicone oil implantation from October 2021 to October 2023 in department of ophthalmology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected. The patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were divided into two groups by simple random sampling,36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing care. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had more patients with visual acuity>0.10 one month after surgery(P<0.05),and the patients had higher drug accuracy and better posture accuracy. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(2.78%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can be more beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment than routine nursing.
