Nursing Experience of ERCP Combined With Cholangioscopy in the Treatment of Biliopancreatic Diseases
Objective To explore the nursing experience of ERCP combined with cholangioscopy in biliopancreatic diseases.Methods A total of 25 patients with biliary and pancreatic diseases who took ERCP combined with cholangioscopy in Fuzhou First General Hospital from May 2019 to March 2023 were retrospective analyzed.Patients before surgery were provided psychological care,closely monitor their condition after surgery,and taked care of patient complications and holmium laser lithotripsy related complications.The results of nursing care were analyzed.Results(1)After care,the patients'scores on all quality of life scores were significantly improved compared with the pre-care period(P<0.05).(2)The complication rate of the patients was 4%,which was significantly improved by the intervention.(3)After intervention,both self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the patients decreased.The SAS score of the patients before intervention was(64.25±8.20)points,and after intervention it was(43.82±5.10)points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The SDS score of patients before intervention was(65.50±7.23)points,and after intervention it was(49.59±8.96)points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases,ERCP combined with cholangioscopy is one of the important diagnostic and treatment means,and it is necessary to do a good job in preoperative evaluation,intraoperative cooperation and postoperative complications observation and care.And the implementation of targeted nursing interventions on the patients undergoing treatment can effectively improve the clinical indexes,enhance the quality of life of the patients,and promote the recovery of the patients as soon as possible,and it can be applied for promotion.
