In view of this,this article takes Shenzhen Nanshan Maternity & Child Healthcare Hospital as an example,combined with the specific practice of the hospital's party branch's "star rating and grading" management. Through a detailed analysis of the background significance,specific practices,and effects,the mechanism of action is explored and conclusions are drawn,in order to provide certain reference value for other public hospitals to standardize grassroots party building related work.
