近年医院在发展过程中不断加强对患者服务水平重视度,并要求在具体医疗服务过程中始终发挥"以人为本""以患者为核心"的服务理念。而此服务理念的有效实施,首先需要求医护人员具备高水准人文意识、文化水平、职业道德等;其次,还需及时根据以人为本管理理念制定相应管理制度,确保所有管理措施均符合相关要求;最后,还需加强医院内基于以人为本文化氛围建设力度,促进良好管理理念持久、高效运用。对此需在进行人力资源管理过程中充分运用以人为本管理理念,不仅对医护人员进行相关教育、培训等,同时还需及时通过为医护人员创造相应客观条件、营造良好环境、解决相关个人问题等进而促使其可高效发挥相应人文意识、人文关怀等,促进管理质量与效率不断提升。
