摘要

健康已经成为当前人们的普遍追求,为了促进健康中国建设,健康体检的重要性日益凸显.通过强化健康管理学科的规范化、标准化、精细化和同质化的全面质量管理,以促进健康管理提高核心竞争力.而将计划-实施-检查-处理(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)循环法运用于体检报告质量控制的各个环节,可对组织计划、执行实施、监督检查和结果反馈的全过程进行质量控制,对健康体检报告质量的持续改进具有重要意义.进一步加强对PDCA循环法在健康体检报告质量控制与持续改进中的应用,可为后续健康体检报告质量控制标准的制定提供借鉴与参考.

Abstract

Health has become a common pursuit among people today. In order to promote the construction of a healthy China,the importance of health examinations is increasingly prominent. By strengthening the standardization,refinement and homogenization of comprehensive quality management in the field of health management,aim to enhance the core competitiveness of health management. Applying the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) method to various aspects of quality control in physical examination reports can effectively control the entire process of organizing planning,executing,supervising inspections,and providing feedback on results. This is of great significance for the continuous improvement of the quality of health examination reports,and further strengthens the application of PDCA cycle method in quality control and continuous improvement of health examination reports,This can provide reference and guidance for the development of quality control standards for subsequent health examination reports.
