Prefecture-level public hospitals are the backbone of China's medical and health service system. The policy orientation of high-quality development of public hospitals continues to force hospitals to accelerate innovation drive,improve the level of medical services,improve operational efficiency,and promote sustainable development. This article takes Taizhou People's Hospital as an example,starting from the exploration of high-quality development practice,analyzes the current development difficulties and blockheads of prefecture-level hospitals,takes high-quality development as the theme,adheres to the guidance of party building,aims to build "provincial regional medical center",solves the dilemma of "the layer",innovates management methods,focuses on discipline construction,and improves the fine management of operations. Improve the connotation and quality of hospital development,strive to build a high-level medical university affiliated hospital,and provide a reform path for the high-quality development of other municipal public hospitals through a series of measures and relevant results.
