摘要
等级医院复审是衡量医院持续质量安全管理的方法,也是促进医院不断迈向规范化、科学化、标准化、现代化发展的重要手段.文章通过运用管理学原理的5大步骤:计划、组织、指挥、控制、协调,以学习标准-对标自查-持续改进为时间轴探索等级医院复审方法及医院建设要点,医院在质量管理、制度体系管理、综合实力等方面均有明显提高,实现医院等级复审成功目标.但同时通过复审检验发现医院存在短板,如各部门之间沟通不畅、人才稳定工作有待加强、科研产出与转化成果不足、信息化建设任重道远等.可为等级医院复审和医院医疗质量安全管理提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
Graded hospital review is a method to measure the continuous quality and safety management of hospitals,and it is also an important means to promote the continuous development of hospitals towards planning,scientification,standardization and modernization. By using the five steps of management principles,planning,organization,command,control and coordination,this paper explores the review methods and key points of hospital construction with the timeline of learning standard-standard self-examination-continuous improvement. The hospital has significantly improved in quality management,system management,comprehensive strength and other aspects,and achieved the successful goal of hospital grade review. However,at the same time,through the review test,it was found that there were shortcomings in the hospital,such as poor communication between various departments,the need to strengthen the stability of talents,insufficient scientific research output and transformation results,and a long way to go in information construction. It can provide reference for grade hospital review and hospital medical quality and safety management.
