Hospital culture is the soul of a hospital. Hospital nursing culture is an important part of hospital culture and plays an important role in the development of hospitals. Based on the current situation of nursing culture construction in the hospital,this paper combined the "Opinions on Strengthening the Party Construction Work in Public Hospitals" issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2018 and the "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals" issued by the General Office of the State Council in June 2021,from the perspective of precise ideology and politics,research methods such as literature review method and interview method were used to build a hospital nursing culture construction model in the new era,explore its practice path,and take the practice path of a class A tertiary dental specialist hospital as an example to analyze its role in strengthening the construction of hospital nursing culture and the results achieved,sum up practical experience,and provide reference for other hospitals to carry out related work.
