Application Research of the Upgraded Version of Extreme Speed Biological Monitoring in the Sterilization Quality Monitoring of Implants
Objective To explore the application effect of the upgraded version of ultra-fast biological monitoring in the quality monitoring of implant sterilization. Methods A total of 838 batches of implants monitored by the central sterile supply department (CSSD) of a grade A tertiary hospital in Fujian Province from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the control group,and were sterilized by the pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer,the rapid biological monitoring was adopted. A total of 1006 batches of implants monitored from June 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the experimental group,and were sterilized by the pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer,the upgraded version of rapid biological monitoring was adopted. The qualification rate of rapid biological monitoring,negative monitoring time,satisfaction of surgical room medical staff with the supply of sterile implants were compared between the two groups. Results The qualification rate of rapid biological monitoring in both groups was 100%. The negative monitoring time of the experimental group was 24 min,which was shorter than 60 min of the control group. The satisfaction of the operating room in the experimental group was 99.1%,which was higher than 97.2% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of the upgraded version of rapid biological monitoring in the quality monitoring of implant sterilization is reliable. The monitoring time is shortened,satisfaction is improved,and more rapid information on the success of sterilization is provided for implants,ensuring medical quality and safety,improving work efficiency.
