Analysis of the Current Status and Influencing Factors of HPV Screening and HPV Vaccine Awareness Among Women of Childbearing Age
Objective explore the current status and influencing factors of human papillomavirus (HPV) screening and HPV vaccine awareness among women of childbearing age.Methods A total of 300 women of childbearing age who underwent health checkups in Nanping Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected witn facilitation method..A self-made questionnaire (Cronbach's α coefficient of 0.89,CVI:0.96) was used to examine the general information of the patients and whether they were HPV Vaccination and investigation of HPV vaccine awareness and vaccination willingness,Using multiple logistic regression analysis of related influencing factors.Results The questionnaire showed that the proportion of women of childbearing age who were fully aware of HPV screening was 66.00%,and the proportion of women of childbearing age who were fully aware of HPV vaccines was 63.33%.The proportion of women of childbearing age who had knowledge about HPV screening was the highest,at 83.67%.The proportion of women of childbearing age who are fully aware of the HPV vaccine was the lowest,at 63.33%.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education level,number of sexual partners,sexual behavior,marital history and residence were independent risk factors for HPV and vaccine cognition in women of childbearing age (P<0.05).Conclusion The women of childbearing age surveyed in this study have a higher level of awareness of HPV.The educational level,number of sexual partners,sexual behavior,and marriage history,The place of residence is an independent risk factor for women of childbearing age and their cognition of HPV and HPV vaccines.It is necessary to strengthen the popularization of relevant knowledge for women of childbearing age.
