Practice and Reflection on the Appointment of Senior Professional and Technical Positions in S Hospital
This paper aims to explore the current practice and challenges of the appointment of senior professional and technical positions in hospitals,and put forward some suggestions.This paper first reviews the development background of professional and technical position system in Chinese hospitals,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of senior professional and technical position employment.The hospital formulates and implements new methods for the appointment of senior professional and technical positions,including the establishment of appointment criteria,assessment and evaluation process,scoring mechanism,etc.Based on these practices,the article puts forward several thoughts:first,how to establish a more fair and transparent appointment mechanism;Second,how to balance the assessment of professional technical ability and clinical practice ability.The third is how to improve the career development and satisfaction of medical staff.Finally,the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions,such as perfecting the evaluation system,strengthening the performance management,strengthening the training and management of the evaluation experts,and strengthening the information construction of the professional title appointment.
