In the current economic situation,as an important financial guarantee between the government and the society,its effective management directly affects the quality of medical services.Under the dual pressure of economic globalization and population aging,the medical expenses continue to rise,which poses a certain challenge to the medical insurance fund.While strengthening the supervision of the medical insurance fund,China also needs to seek innovative management mechanism to adapt to the changes of the medical security system and ensure the sustainability and stability of the fund.For hospitals,they should achieve the goal of cost control by fine management under the strict policy framework,so as to improve the overall efficiency of the medical security system.Based on this,this paper interprets the policy interpretation of medical insurance fund supervision,briefly analyzes the current situation of hospital medical insurance cost control,and discusses the fine management strategy of hospital medical insurance cost control under the background of medical insurance fund supervision.
