"一院多区"同质化管理在医院护理质量管理中的应用价值

目的 探讨"一院多区"同质化管理在医院护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月—2016年1月和2021年7月—2022年7月于菏泽市立医院工作的53名护理人员及收治的212例患者的临床资料。2015年1月—2016年1月实施常规管理,收集106例患者数据纳入对照组;2021年7月—2022年7月实施同质化管理,收集106例患者数据纳入观察组。比较2组护理质量及患者满意度。结果 观察组病区管理评分为(20。15±1。58)分、健康教育评分为(20。22±1。63)分、消毒隔离评分为(21。36±1。25)分、护士主动服务评分为(20。96±1。38)分,高于对照组的(17。51±1。69)分、(16。39±1。72)分、(17。83±1。59)分、(16。44±1。54)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组护理总满意度为95。28%,高于对照组的80。19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 "一院多区"同质化管理能够有效提高医院护理质量,提升患者满意度。
The Application Value of Homogeneous Management of "One Hospital,Multiple Districts" in Hospital Nursing Quality Management
Objective To explore the application value of "one hospital,multiple districts" homogenization management in hospital nursing quality management.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 53 nursing staff and 212 patients admitted to Heze Municipal Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 and from July 2021 to July 2022.Routine management was implemented from January 2015 to January 2016,and data from 106 patients were collected and included in the control group.Homogenization management was implemented from July 2021 to July 2022,and data from 106 patients were collected and included in the observation group.The quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The management score of the observation group's ward was (20.15±1.58) points,the health education score was (20.22±1.63) points,the disinfection and isolation score was (21.36±1.25) points,and the nurse's proactive service score was (20.96±1.38) points,all of which were higher than (17.51±1.69) points,(16.39±1.72) points,(17.83±1.59) points,and (16.44±1.54) points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.28%,which was higher than 80.19% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Homogenized management of "one hospital,multiple districts" can effectively improve the quality of hospital nursing and enhance patient satisfaction.
