The Application Value of Homogeneous Management of "One Hospital,Multiple Districts" in Hospital Nursing Quality Management
Objective To explore the application value of "one hospital,multiple districts" homogenization management in hospital nursing quality management.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 53 nursing staff and 212 patients admitted to Heze Municipal Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 and from July 2021 to July 2022.Routine management was implemented from January 2015 to January 2016,and data from 106 patients were collected and included in the control group.Homogenization management was implemented from July 2021 to July 2022,and data from 106 patients were collected and included in the observation group.The quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The management score of the observation group's ward was (20.15±1.58) points,the health education score was (20.22±1.63) points,the disinfection and isolation score was (21.36±1.25) points,and the nurse's proactive service score was (20.96±1.38) points,all of which were higher than (17.51±1.69) points,(16.39±1.72) points,(17.83±1.59) points,and (16.44±1.54) points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.28%,which was higher than 80.19% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Homogenized management of "one hospital,multiple districts" can effectively improve the quality of hospital nursing and enhance patient satisfaction.
