The Therapeutic Effect of Intravenous Thrombectomy Combined With Iliac Vein Stent in Acute Lower Limb Deep Vein Thrombosis
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombectomy combined with iliac vein stent in acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis admitted to Longyan First Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 was carried out,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with catheter thrombolysis combined with iliac vein stent implantation, and the study group was treated with Angiojet thrombus aspiration combined with iliac vein stent implantation. The postoperative thrombus clearance grade, immediate clinical remission, hospitalization time, thrombolytic dose and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups. Results The patients included in this study had a 100% success rate after surgery, with no deaths or major bleeding occurring within 30 days. The immediate clinical remission rate of the research group was 94.00%,which was higher than the 68.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The study group had a shorter hospital stay[(1.81±0.25) days]than the control group[(5.91±0.99) days],and the thrombolytic dose[(50.77±0.11) ten thousands U]was less than the control group[(180.74±75.19) ten thousands U],the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The study group had no postoperative complications, which was lower than 12.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Angiojet mechanical thrombus aspiration is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT),especially for those who are contraindicated to thrombolysis.
