血液采集质量控制中应用血站质量管理体系的价值

目的 分析血液采集质量控制中应用血站质量管理体系的效果。方法 根据血站质量管理体系实施时间将青岛市中心血站胶州献血服务部2021年1月—2022年12月100名献血者分为2组,各50例。2021年1—12月未实施血站质量管理体系为对照组,2022年1—12月实施血站质量管理体系为观察组。对比血站质量管理体系实施前后血液采集质量、血液报废情况及满意度。结果 观察组消毒率、合格率、服务总满意度分别为98。00%、98。00%、96。00%,高于对照组的82。00%、80。00%、78。00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组血液报废发生率(2。00%)低于对照组(18。00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 血液采集质量控制中建立血站质量管理体系,可提高血液消毒率、合格率,避免血液报废,还有助于提升献血者服务满意度。
The Value of Applying Blood Station Quality Management System in Blood Collection Quality Control
Objective To analyze the effect of applying blood bank quality management system in blood collection quality control.Methods According to the implementation time of the blood bank quality management system,a total of 100 blood donors of Jiaozhou Blood Donor Service,Qingdao Blood Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into 2 groups with 50 cases each,the control group was not implemented the blood bank quality management system from January to December 2021,and the observation group was not implemented the blood bank quality management system from January to December 2022.Blood collection quality,blood scrapping situation and satisfaction before and after the implementation of blood station quality management system were compared.Results The disinfection rate,pass rate and total service satisfaction rate of the observation group were 98.00%,98.00% and 96.00%,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group (82.00%,80.00% and 78.00%,respectively),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of blood waste in the observation group (2.00%) was lower than that in the control group (18.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of blood station quality management system in blood collection quality control can improve the rate of blood disinfection and qualification,avoid blood scrapping,and also help to improve the service satisfaction of blood donors.
