目的 探究基于失效模式与影响分析(failure mode and effects analysis,FMEA)模型的医院感染管理策略的有效性,并分析其实施效果。方法 选取2022年1—12月于青海省第五人民医院工作的40名工作人员纳入常规组,接受常规医院感染管理;选取2023年1—12月于青海省第五人民医院工作的40名工作人员(同一批)纳入风险组,在常规组基础上进行基于FMEA模型的医院感染管理。比较2组管理效果。结果 风险组工作人员手卫生依从率(100%)和正确率(100%)高于常规组(85。00%、85。00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。风险组感染控制的理解与应用(18。24±1。23)分、感染控制基础知识(18。45±1。17)分、感染控制操作规程(18。63±1。21)分、抗菌药物使用与管理(18。54±1。33)分、职业防护与个人防护用品使用(18。67±1。35)分,均高于常规组的(17。17±1。22)分、(17。36±1。22)分、(17。45±1。37)分、(17。29±1。41)分及(17。48±1。41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。风险组工作准确性(18。58±1。17)分、规范性(18。42±1。26)分、响应速度(18。38±1。45)分、协作能力(18。39±1。43)分、改进意识(18。47±1。28)分,均高于常规组的(17。22±1。38)分、(17。38±1。45)分、(17。27±1。31)分、(17。26±1。31)分及(17。32±1。16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。风险组工作人员管理满意度(100%)高于常规组(85。00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 基于FMEA模型的医院感染管理策略能够有效提高工作人员的手卫生依从性和正确性,提升其知识掌握水平、工作质量及满意度,具有显著的应用效果。
Hospital Infection Management Strategy and Effect Analysis Based on the FMEA Model
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of hospital infection management strategy based on failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) model and analyze its implementation effect.Methods A total of 40 staff members working in the Fifth People's Hospital of Qinghai Province from January to December 2022 were selected to be included in the routine group to receive routine hospital infection management,and 40 staff members working in the Fifth People's Hospital Hospital of Qinghai Province from January to December 2023 (the same batch) were selected to be included in the risk group,and on the basis of routine group perform hospital infection management based on FMEA model.The management effect of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate (100%) and accuracy rate (100%) of hand hygiene staff in the risk group were higher than those in the control group (85.00%,85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The understanding and application of infection control in the risk group (18.24±1.23) points,basic knowledge of infection control (18.45±1.17) points,infection control operating procedures (18.63±1.21) points,use and management of antibiotics (18.54±1.33) points,and use of occupational protection and personal protective equipment (18.67±1.35) points were higher than those in the conventional group (17.17±1.22) points,(17.36±1.22) points,(17.45±1.37) points,(17.29±1.41) points,and (17.48±1.41) points,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The accuracy (18.58±1.17) points,standardization (18.42±1.26) points,response speed (18.38±1.45) points,collaboration ability (18.39±1.43) points,and improvement awareness (18.47±1.28) points of the risk group were higher than those of the control group (17.22±1.38) points,(17.38±1.45) points,(17.27±1.31) points,(17.26±1.31) points,and (17.32±1.16) points,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of risk group staff management (100%) was higher than that of the regular group (85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital infection management strategy based on FMEA model can effectively improve the staff's hand hygiene compliance and correctness,enhance their knowledge mastery level,work quality and satisfaction,and has significant application effects.
