The Application Value of Detail Control Management in Supply Room
Objective To analyze the impact of detail control management on the improvement of supply room quality and the effectiveness of hospital infection prevention and control.Methods Twenty-five staff members of the disinfection supply room of disinfection supply center,Chifeng Municipal Hospital were selected from January 2021 to June 2022 (control group) and 25 staff members of the disinfection supply room from July 2022 to December 2023 (observation group).A total of 80 devices were selected for each group during the same period.Analysis of routine quality management and detailed control management data in 2 groups of workers and equipment.Results The qualified rates of distribution,sterilization,packaging,cleaning,and recovery in the observation group were 96.25％,93.75％,96.25％,97.50％ and 95.00％,respectively,which were significantly higher than those 78.75％,77.50％,81.25％,82.50％ and 82.50％ of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The service awareness of the observation group was(93.63±4.15) points,the safety prevention ability was (92.25±3.46) points,the risk prevention awareness was (93.36±3.47) points,and the environmental management quality score was (92.36±3.78) points,all of which were higher than (82.63±4.52) points,(85.45±4.25) points,(84.66±3.75) points,and (82.36±4.36) points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) The incidence of device adverse events in the observation group was 3.75％,which was lower than the 22.50％ in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Through detailed control management,there are obvious advantages in improving the quality of supply rooms and preventing hospital infections.Further strengthening detailed control management,continuously improving workflow and training mechanisms,can further enhance the comprehensive management level of supply rooms and provide safer and more reliable medical services for hospitals.
