Effect Analysis of Nursing Cooperation in Esophageal Cancer Surgery Under Combined Thoracoabdominal Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of combined thoracoscopic laparoscopy and esophageal cancer surgery. Methods The clinical medical records of 210 patients who underwent thoracoscopic laparoscopy combined with esophageal cancer surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2018 to March 2022 were retrospectively collected.According to the nursing plan, the patients were divided into control group (n=125) and observation group (n=85).The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive perioperative care. The intraoperative bleeding volume, incidence of pulmonary infection, postoperative hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction rate between two groups of patients were compared. Results The intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group patients was (139.56±79.65) mL,which was lower than (220.12±123.57) mL of the control group, the incidence of pulmonary infection was 10.6%,which was lower than 28.0% of the control group, the postoperative hospital stay was (8.56±1.51) days, which was shorter than (15.81±2.67) days of the control group, the nursing satisfaction rate was 94.1%,which was higher than 83.2% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracic laparoscopy combined with esophageal cancer surgery combined with perioperative comprehensive nursing has a significant surgical effect with few complications;it is worthy of clinical application.
