The Impact of Traditional Chinese Medicine Continuation Nursing Combined With "Integrated" Traditional Chinese Medicine Consortium Model on Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine continuation nursing combined with "integrated" traditional Chinese medicine consortium model on cancer patients.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 120 department of medical oncology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University after chemotherapy from May 2019 to May 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group by using the random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional intervention mode,and the observation group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine continuous nursing combined with the "integrated" traditional Chinese medicine combination mode.The quality of life,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the physical function score of the control group's quality of life assessment scale was (84.86±11.37) points,the role function score was (56.75±6.44) points,the cognitive function score was (67.54±5.72) points,and the emotional function score was (61.58±19.40) points,which were lower than the observation group's (90.13±12.47) points,(71.54±6.47) points,(72.46±5.87) points,and (70.54±18.56) points,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS score of the control group was (56.77±2.22) points,and the SDS score was (55.42±2.47) points,which were higher than those of the observation group (47.58±0.54) points and (48.72±0.69) points,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with "integrated" traditional Chinese medicine consortium model continuing nursing to cancer patients can effectively improve their quality of life,reduce psychological problems,accelerate their recovery process,and have a positive impact on their prognosis.
