目的 探讨新疆农村地区成人中国人内脏脂肪指数(Chinese visceral adipose index,CVAI)与糖尿病患病风险的关系。方法 选取2017年10月—2018年10月于吉木萨尔县泉子街镇卫生院行常规体检的普通人群4215名作为研究对象。计算CVAI,根据CVAI四分位数和性别进行分组,分析CVAI与年龄、吸烟、饮酒、糖尿病家族史、身体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、腰围、收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖尿病患病率的关系。结果 随着CVAI水平升高,男性和女性受试者年龄、BMI、腰围、收缩压、舒张压、TG、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖尿病患病率具有增高趋势,HDL-C具有下降趋势;随着CVAI水平升高,男性受试者吸烟、饮酒和糖尿病家族史比例具有增高趋势(P<0。05)。男性和女性受试者高CVAI水平组糖尿病患病风险均高于低CVAI水平组,且女性受试者升高趋势更明显。CVAI对男性或女性发生糖尿病的预测价值均较高,截断值分别为80。09(男)和81。01(女)。结论 新疆维吾尔自治区基层农村地区人群CVAI水平升高是发生糖尿病的独立危险因素,CVAI水平对预测糖尿病发病风险具有一定价值。
Correlation of Chinese Visceral Adipose Index and Diabetes Risk in Adults From Xinjiang Rural Areas
Objective To investigate the correlation of Chinese visceral adipose index (CVAI) and diabetes risk in adults from Xinjiang rural areas. Methods A total of 4215 general population who underwent routine physical examination in Quanzijie Town Health Center of Jimusar County from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects. CVAI was calculated,and grouped according to CVAI quartile and gender,and its relationships with age,smoking,alcohol consumption,family history of diabetes,body mass index (BMI),waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglycerides (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and diabetes prevalence were analyzed respectively. Results With the increase of CVAI level,the age,BMI,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,TG,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and the prevalence of diabetes in male and female subjects had an increasing trend,and HDL-C had a decreasing trend;with the increase of CVAI level,the proportion of smoking,drinking and family history of diabetes in male subjects had an increasing trend (P<0.05). The risk of diabetes in both male and female subjects with high CVAI level was higher than that in low CVAI level group,and the increasing trend was more obvious in female subjects. The risk of diabetes in both male and female subjects with high CVAI level was higher than that in low CVAI level group,and the increasing trend was more obvious in female subjects. The predictive value of CVAI for diabetes was higher in both men and women with cutoff values of 80.09 (men) and 81.01 (women),respectively. Conclusion Elevated CVAI may be an independent risk factor for diabetes in subjects taking health examination from Xinjiang rural areas,the level of CVAI has a certain value in predicting the risk of diabetes.
