Through the discussion of hospital Party building culture and health professional spirit,it shows that health professional spirit is the core concept of hospital Party building culture construction. Health professional spirit and hospital culture have internal unity and purpose consistency. Health professional spirit should be integrated into the development practice of the hospital under the guidance of hospital Party building culture to promote each other. This paper analyzes the practice of strengthening the cultivation of health professional spirit in the Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine with the guidance of hospital party building culture,and provides impetus for the high-quality development of the hospital. On this basis,the article puts forward the strategies to cultivate and carry forward the medical and health professional spirit in the new era under the new situation:first,strengthen the cultural guidance and enhance the employees' sense of gain;Second,strengthen the professional spirit training,improve the humanistic medical quality;Third,strengthen medical management and enrich the connotation of professional spirit;Fourth,we should establish rules and regulations and improve incentive and restraint mechanisms. Through these efforts,we can effectively promote the cultivation and promotion of medical and health professional spirit.
