In the realm of renowned physician studios,the hospital has undertaken numerous explorations,encompassing the formulation of management methods,comprehensive collaboration with externally hired experts to facilitate discipline enhancement,and reinforcement of target assessments. Under the guidance of externally hired experts,the hospital has achieved comprehensive improvement in areas such as technological development,research activities,talent cultivation,and the construction of key specialties. Simultaneously,the hospital actively engages in specialty alliance initiatives. This involves the formulation of management systems for specialty alliances,assisting member units in enhancing their technical capabilities and conducting academic exchanges.
