Research on the Performance Appraisal System of Medical Technology Departments Under the Background of High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals
High-quality development is an important proposition for hospitals to improve quality and expand capacity. Exploring the establishment of a quality-centered performance evaluation system for medical technology departments and promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of medical technology departments is an important measure to achieve high-quality development of hospitals. According to the balanced scorecard and the principle of target management,the Delphi method,key department interviews and literature research methods were used to establish the assessment system of medical technology departments. The performance appraisal system with service ability,service quality,service attitude,and learning and growth as the core,and the assessment with quantifiable indicators clarifies the key points of medical technology department management,promotes the structural adjustment of medical technology departments,and promotes the high-quality development of public hospitals. The construction of performance appraisal system with quality as the core is an important means to promote the quality improvement in medical technology departments,and it is also an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of hospitals.
