Practice and Exploration of Elderly Care Institutions Entrusted by Grade A Tertiary Hospital to Promote the Combination of Medical Care and Nursing Care
Under the background of population aging,the pressure of pension and medical problems in China has increased dramatically. Promoting the development of high-quality combination of medical care and nursing care services in tertiary public hospitals is conducive to dealing with the development bottlenecks of uneven allocation of population aging resources,poor convergence of medical and nursing services,and imbalance of service supply and demand. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the combination of medical care and old-age care through the practice of the combination of medical care and old-age care in the top three hospitals,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,and summarizes experience,in order to establish a service guarantee system for the efficient integration of medical care and old-age care,and provide a useful reference for promoting the development of the combination of medical care and old-age care. This paper is a supplementary exploration of the research on the combination of medical care and nursing care service in public hospitals,which is conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of public hospitals to carry out the combination of medical care and nursing care service model.
