Clinical Effect of Single Port Thoracoscopic Surgery for the Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of single port thoracoscopic surgery for the treatment of pulmonary nodules. Methods A total of 60 patients with pulmonary nodules who received treatment in the department of thoracic surgery,Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Shandong Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into groups according to random number table method. The control group (n=30) was treated with three port thoracoscopic surgery. The study group (n=30) was treated with single port thoracoscopic surgery. The therapeutic effect of 2 groups was analyzed. Results The operation time of the study group was (159.63±12.33) min, which was longer than (143.26±15.27) min of the control group, the time of drainage tube removal of the study group was (2.81±0.42) days, which was shorter than (4.31±0.59) days of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain score at 3 days of the study group were (50.14±8.46) mL and (4.03±0.75) points, respectively, which were lower than (55.67±10.38) mL and (5.45±1.02) points of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Single port thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients, and has high surgical safety.
