护理助手APP在医院护理质量管理中的应用研究

目的 分析护理助手应用软件(application,APP)在医院护理质量管理中的应用。方法 将2021年1—6月中山陈星海中西医结合医院的40名护理人员作为对照组,提供传统检查方法完成计划-实施-检查-处理(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)循环;将2023年7—12月中山陈星海中西医结合医院的40名护理人员作为研究组,提供护理助手APP管理模式完成PDCA循环。比较2组检查分析时长和反馈整改时长、重点环节质量评分和管理期间护理不良事件发生率;同时设立8个质控组,分别于管理周期最后1个月开展满意度评价。结果 研究组检查分析时长为(1。02±0。23)d,反馈整改时长为(1。43±0。23)d,均短于对照组的(3。11±0。12)d、(2。66±0。12)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组患者交接、患者信息识别、围手术期管理、患者管道护理、压疮预防、有创护理操作等重点环节质量评分分别为(2。43±0。11)分、(2。44±0。11)分、(2。14±0。12)分、(2。44±0。14)分、(2。32±0。10)分、(2。55±0。11)分,均高于对照组的(1。02±0。12)分、(1。33±0。23)分、(1。41±0。17)分、(1。37±0。23)分、(1。76±0。15)分、(1。65±0。23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组管理期间护理不良事件总发生率为7。50%,低于对照组的25。00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组8个质控组检查满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 护理助手APP可缩短护理质控查检时间,提高质控反馈效率,提升医院护理管理质量。
Application Research of Nursing Assistant APP in Hospital Nursing Quality Management
Objective To analyze the application of nursing assistant application (APP) in hospital nursing quality management. Methods From January to June 2021,a total of 40 nursing staff in Zhongshan Chen Xinghai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were used as the control group to complete the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle with traditional examination methods. From July to December 2023,a total of 40 nurses from Zhongshan Chen Xinghai Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research group to provide a nursing assistant APP management mode to complete the PDCA cycle. The duration of inspection and analysis,the duration of feedback and rectification,the quality score of key links and the incidence of adverse nursing events during management were compared between the two groups. At the same time,eight quality control groups were set up to carry out satisfaction evaluation in the last month of the management cycle. Results The inspection and analysis time of the research group was (1.02±0.23) days,and the feedback and rectification time was (1.43±0.23) days,which were shorter than (3.11±0.12) days and (2.66±0.12) days of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the research group,the quality scores of key links such as patient handover,patient information identification,perioperative management,patient pipeline care,pressure ulcer prevention and invasive nursing operation were (2.43±0.11) points,(2.44±0.11) points,(2.14±0.12) points,(2.44±0.14) points,(2.32±0.10) points,(2.55±0.11) points,which were higher than (1.02±0.12) points,(1.33±0.23) points,(1.41±0.17) points,(1.37±0.23) points,(1.76±0.15) points and (1.65±0.23) points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the research group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The test satisfaction scores of 8 quality groups in the research group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing assistant APP can shorten the time of nursing quality control inspection,improve the efficiency of quality control feedback and enhance the quality of hospital nursing management.
