目的 采用逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)分析泰兴市人民医院各科室住院患者的护理服务满意度,并探讨影响护理服务满意度的因素。方法 选取泰兴市人民医院2022年1—12月3531例住院患者或家属为研究对象,统计第三方机构对各科室护理服务满意度,采用TOPSIS评价各科室护理服务满意度和工作量,分析护理服务满意度的影响因素以及各病区入院宣教与护理服务满意度得分的相关性。结果 综合满意度排前5名的科室分别是妇科二、烧伤科、妇科一、风湿内科、内分泌科,排后5名的科室分别是心胸外科、肾内科、肿瘤科一、心血管内科、呼吸科。使用TOPSIS评价各科室护理服务满意度,排前5名的科室分别是妇科二、妇科一、烧伤科、风湿内科、内分泌科;排后5名的科室分别是肾内科、肿瘤科一、心胸外科、心血管内科、呼吸科。使用TOPSIS评价各科室工作量,排前5名的科室分别是肿瘤科三、康复内科、骨科三、耳鼻咽喉头颈科、肿瘤科二;排后5名的科室分别是甲状腺乳腺血管外科、妇科一、妇科二、产科一、产科二。入院宣教是护理服务满意度的影响因素(b=0。284,t=3。172,P=0。004)。入院宣教与护理服务满意度呈正相关,相关系数为0。884(P<0。05)。结论 TOPSIS能够科学地综合评价护理服务满意度,为护理管理者提供一定的参考依据。入院宣教是护理服务满意度的影响因素。
Evaluation of Nursing Service Satisfaction of Inpatients by Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution Method and Analysis of Influencing Factors
Objective To analyze the nursing service satisfaction of inpatients in each department of Taixing People's Hospital by technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) method,and to discuss the influencing factors of nursing service satisfaction. Methods A total of 3531 hospitalized patients or their family members from Taixing People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,the third party institutions' satisfaction with nursing service of each department was analyzed. TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the satisfaction and workload of nursing service of each department. The influencing factors of nursing service satisfaction and the correlation between admission education and nursing service satisfaction score of each ward were analyzed. Results The top 5 departments in terms of overall satisfaction were Department of Gynecology 2,Burn,Gynecology 1,Rheumatology,Endocrinology;while the bottom 5 departments were Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery,Nephrology,Oncology 1,Cardiovascular Medicine,Respiratory Medicine. TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the nursing service satisfaction of each department,the top 5 departments were Department of Gynecology 2,Gynecology 1,Burn,Rheumatology,Endocrinology;the next 5 departments were Department of Nephrology,Oncology,Cardiothoracic Surgery,Cardiovascular medicine,and Respiratory Medicine. TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the workload of each department,the top 5 departments were Department of Oncology 3,Rehabilitation,Otolaryngology,Head and Neck,and Oncology 2;the next 5 departments were Thyroid and Breast Vascular Surgery,Gynecology 1,Gynecology 2,Obstetrics 1,Obstetrics 2. Admission education was the influential factor of nursing service satisfaction (b=0.284,t=3.172,P=0.004). Admission education was positively correlated with nursing service satisfaction,and the correlation coefficient was 0.884 (P<0.05). Conclusion TOPSIS method can scientifically and comprehensively evaluate nursing service satisfaction,and provide a certain reference for nursing managers. Admission education is the influential factor of nursing service satisfaction.
