Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Its Influencing Factors in Healthy Physical Examination Population
Objective To analyze the status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and its influencing factors in healthy physical examination population. Methods The Hp infection of 7 899 physical examinees in the health management center, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to May 2022 was analyzed retrospectively. All of them underwent carbon 13 breath test, and were divided into Hp positive group and Hp negative group according to the test results. The general situation, blood sugar, blood lipid and other indicators were compared between the two groups, and multiple logistic regression analysis was further carried out to analyze Hp infection and its influencing factors. Results Among 7 899 subjects,2 658 cases were Hp positive, accounting for 33.65%.The infection rate of females was higher than that of males. The highest infection rate was 50.75%at the age of 18 to 45.The age, sex, smoking history, body mass index(BMI),uric acid, total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female, obesity, overweight, smoking history and elevated uric acid were the independent influencing factors of Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The Hp infection rate in the health management center, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University is lower than the average level in China.Female, obesity, overweight, smoking history and elevated uric acid are the influencing factors of Hp infection in healthy people.
