Analysis of the Health Status of Workers Exposed to Noise in Some Enterprises of Nan'an City in 2022
Objective To analyze the health status of workers exposed to noise in some enterprises in Nan'an city in 2022.Methods A total of 2 090 workers exposed to noise in some enterprises in Nan'an city in 2022 were selected,and their enterprise scale and industry classification were statistically analyzed.The occupational health status of workers who were exposed to the main occupational hazards was also analyzed.Results In 2022,the abnormal rate of occupational health examinations for workers exposed to noise in some enterprises in Nan'an city was 10.53%,with small enterprises having the highest abnormal rate of 14.76%.The abnormal rate of occupational health examinations for noise workers in mining enterprises is the highest,at 88.89%,followed by wholesale and retail industries and manufacturing industries,at 25.95%and 12.75%,respectively.No abnormalities were detected in transportation,warehousing and postal industries,as well as leasing and commercial services,construction,information transmission,software and information technology services.In 2022,the right ear hearing threshold,left ear hearing threshold,and electrocardiogram abnormalities were more prominent among personnel with abnormal physical examinations for noise operations in enterprises in Nan'an city,accounting for 67.27%,62.27%,and 39.55%,respectively.The utilization rate of protective measures for individuals with abnormal occupational health examinations during noise operations in enterprises in Nan'an city in 2022 is relatively low,at 7.73%.Conclusion In 2022,the abnormal rate of occupational health examinations for workers exposed to noise in some enterprises in Nan'an city was 10.53%.Special attention should be paid to small enterprises,mining industries,and state-owned enterprises,increasing hearing thresholds and electrocardiogram examinations,and strengthening protective awareness.
