某市公共场所健康危害因素监测结果分析

目的 了解某市公共场所基本卫生状况,为加强公共场所卫生管理提供技术支持。方法 2023 年 2-3 月依托中国疾病预防控制中心公共场所健康危害因素监测项目在全市范围内随机抽取 19 家宾馆(酒店)、2 家候车室、2 家健身房、8家理发店、4 家美容店、8 家商场(超市)、4 家游泳场所和 4家沐浴场所开展监测。各类场所监测指标抽样检验流程参照《公共场所卫生检验方法》第 6 部分卫生监测技术规范执行,检验方法参照《公共场所卫生检验方法》第 1~4 部分、《水质pH值的测定 玻璃电极法》和《生活饮用水标准检验方法微生物指标》执行。结果 强制性指标总合格率为 84。38%,高于非强制指标的 19。00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。物理因素监测指标中温度及湿度合格率较低,分别为 34。00%和21。00%。公共用品用具微生物指标中大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌合格率均为 100%,菌落总数合格率为 93。70%。室内空气合格率为 99。01%。结论 多数公共场所的非强制指标、游泳场所及商超收银台细菌总数合格率较低,需重点加强监管。
Analysis on Monitoring Results of Health Hazard Factors in Public Places of a City
Objective To understand the basic health status of public places in a city and provide technical support for strengthening health management of public places.Methods From February to March 2023,a total of 19 hotels,2 waiting rooms,2 gyms,8 barbershops,4 beauty shops,8 shopping malls(supermarkets),4 swimming places,and 4 bathing places were randomly selected to carry out monitoring based on the monitoring project of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention on health hazard factors in public places.The sampling inspection process of various monitoring indicators in various places shall be carried out according to the technical specifications for health monitoring in Part 6 of the"Health Inspection Methods in Public Places",and the inspection methods shall be carried out according to parts 1 to 4 of the"Health Inspection Methods in Public Places""Glass Electrode Method for the Determination of pH Value of Water Quality"and"Microbial Indicators of Drinking Water Standard Inspection Methods".Results The total qualified rate of mandatory indicators was 84.38%,which was higher than 19.00%of non-mandatory indicators,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rates of temperature and humidity in physical factor monitoring indicators were relatively low,with 34.00%and 21.00%respectively.The qualified rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the microbiological indicators of public goods and appliances were 100%,and the qualified rate of total bacterial count was 93.70%.The indoor air qualification rate was 99.01%.Conclusion The pass rate of non-mandatory indicators in most public places,swimming places and the total number of bacteria at the checkout counter of supermarkets is low,and it is necessary to strengthen supervision.
